Amenity and turf care
Everything for fine turf and grounds in one place — liquid iron for green up and moss, wetting agents for dry patch, spray pattern dye, and amenity grass seed. The same professional products the course managers and groundsmen buy, without a rep having to call first.
Liquid iron. A 6% liquid iron hardens the leaf and blackens moss so it can be scarified out, and it greens turf up within a couple of days without pushing soft top growth. Autumn and winter are when it earns its keep, but it's a year-round product. Rates are 20 to 40 litres a hectare in 300 to 400 litres of water, so a 20 litre drum covers a hectare at the low rate and a 5 litre does 2,500 m² — about one green, or a couple of good lawns. There's a version with seaweed if you want the rooting and a more even colour on worn ground. It comes in 5, 10 and 20 litre containers, 205 litre drums and 800 litre IBCs, and the price per litre halves by the time you get to an IBC.
Wetting agents. Abzorb is a triple wetting agent with seaweed for dry patch and fairy ring, used monthly through the growing season — 20 litres a hectare on greens and tees, 10 on fairways and sports fields. On lawns it's 200ml in 3 to 6 litres of water per 100 to 200 m².
Spray pattern dye. See Easy is a blue marker dye at 1 litre in 400 litres of water. You can see exactly where you've been, so no missed strips and no double passes, and it breaks down on its own inside 72 hours. It works in boom sprayers, knapsacks, pedestrian sprayers and ULV.
Amenity and lawn seed. Fine lawn, hard wearing, shade and general amenity mixes, plus winter-active and flowering lawn mixes.
Pack sizes run from a 5 litre container for a single green up to pallet loads, so it suits a one-man lawn care round as well as a golf club or a local authority grounds team. Trade customers get the 2% member discount, and we can invoice rather than take a card. Read the product label before use and follow it.
